百年川大 卓越設計

        经济社会发展研究中心是体现四川大学多学科交叉特点的政策研究和咨询机构。研究中心的主要职能是研究国民经济和社会发展中的基础性、全局性、战略性、前瞻性、长期性以及热难点问题，开展对重大政策的独立评估和客观解读，为政府部门提供政策建议和咨询意见。

        研究中心拥有一批来自清华大学、四川大学等国内外著名研究机构的高水平专家队伍和硕博士研究人员，始终坚持崇尚实事求是、客观理性和专业精神，积极与地方政府部门合作，在事关地方经济社会发展和现代化建设的重大方向、目标及战略举措方面，完成了一系列具有重要价值和影响的研究成果，提出了大量切实可行的政策建议，并获得多项政府科技进步奖励，为协调推进国家“四个全面”战略布局贡献自己的智慧和力量。

        研究中心将继续保持并发展与政府部门、研究机构和企业界的广泛联系和密切合作，用高水平的研究成果和咨询意见竭诚为政府部门和社会服务，努力建设成为高质量服务政府决策的智库、科学评估重大决策的咨询机构。

Center for Economic Technology& Social Development 

    It is a policy research and consulting organization that embodies the interdisciplinary characteristics of Sichuan University. The main function of the Center is to study the basic, global, strategic, forward-looking, long-term and hot issues in the national economy and social development, and to carry out independent evaluation and objective interpretation of major policies, and provide policy suggestions and advice for the government departments.

    Our Center has a group of high-level experts and doctoral researchers from Tsinghua University, Sichuan University and other famous research institutions both at home and abroad, and they always adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, objective rationality and professionalism, and actively cooperate with local government departments, thus they have completed a series of research results with important values and effects on the important direction, objectives and strategic measures of local economic and social development and modernization, and put forward a large number of practical and feasible policy proposals and a number of incentives for scientific and technological progress of the government, therefore, they have contributed their wisdom and strength to coordinate and promote the "four overall" strategic layout of the country.

    Our Center will continue to maintain and develop extensive contacts and close cooperation with the government departments, research institutions and the business community, serve the government and society with high level of research results and advice, and work hard to build a think tank of high quality service government decision-making and a consulting institution for scientific assessment of major decision-making.
